How It Works
1️⃣ Contact – Preliminary Information
Start by reaching out with your inspection request. You’ll receive an email form asking for essential details — property address, type of structure, occupancy status, and preferred inspection date. This information allows us to prepare an accurate quote and draft your service agreement.
2️⃣ Agreement – Digital Acceptance
Once you review and confirm the proposal, you’ll receive your inspection agreement by email. It can be securely signed online using a digital signature. This step ensures transparency and protects both parties before any scheduling takes place.
3️⃣ Schedule – Confirm Your Booking
After the agreement is signed, your inspection is officially booked. We coordinate a date and time that fit your availability, and confirm access to the property. Only one inspection is performed per day, ensuring complete focus on your project.
4️⃣ Inspect – On-Site Evaluation
A detailed inspection is performed following InterNACHI Standards of Practice. I document findings with photos, notes, and clear explanations regarding safety, function, and condition of major components.
5️⃣ Report – Same-Day Delivery
Your full report is delivered digitally the same day. It includes annotated photos and recommendations that help you make informed, confident decisions about your property.
What You’re Signing
Before any inspection is scheduled, every client receives a personalized Home Inspection Agreement.
This document outlines what the inspection includes, what it does not, and the responsibilities of both parties — all designed to ensure transparency, safety, and understanding from the start.
